Job Description:

Robertson Bell are recruiting a Client Finance Manager on behalf of a large property management organisation based in Birmingham, on a six-month contract.

The Client Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting a portfolio of clients with all aspects of their property financial management and services.
  • Preparing and delivering monthly presentations to stakeholders within clients.
  • Undertaking a number of improvement projects including cash flow, forecasting, and debt management.
  • Reporting internally on client finances and customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week required in a highly accessible and modern office location.

The Client Finance Manager will need:

  • Recent experience working in one of the following: client finance in property management, financial management in property management, or financial management/property finance in the public sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and sound analytical abilities.
