Join us as Interim Chief Finance Officer

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive Team as Interim Chief Finance Officer. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our Trust’s strategic and operational leadership, offering the opportunity to shape financial sustainability and drive transformation across our services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic financial leadership and assurance to the Board.
2. Lead the development and delivery of multi-year financial strategies and cost improvement programmes.
3. Champion financial governance, stewardship, and performance across the Trust.
4. Collaborate with ICS partners to support system-wide sustainability and innovation.
5. Inspire and develop high-performing teams through visible, compassionate leadership.
