Our Team

VistaPrint is looking for a strategic leader to join our Global Email Marketing team to oversee the email program in our German and Dutch Markets. You will be responsible for creating campaign and customer strategies across 16 markets in North America and Europe, aiming to increase customer engagement, incentivize purchases, and drive long-term customer value. Collaborating with internal Creative, Go to Market, and Analytics teams, the Global Email Team implements these strategies and monitors performance for optimization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in strategic channel marketing with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaign strategies and results.

What You Will Do

• Oversee Germany and Dutch Email marketing plans, providing strategic direction to meet business objectives and exceed financial expectations.
• Manage and monitor KPIs to influence and optimize campaign strategies, reporting weekly results to stakeholders.
• Contribute innovative ideas to develop strategic channel roadmaps.
• Partner with creative and Go to Market teams to ensure email campaigns meet goals and best practices.
• Develop, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across offers, creative, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with global teams across marketing, creative, content, and analytics to ensure campaign success.
• Develop new processes to improve workflows and deliver value to customers more efficiently.
