Interim Construction Project Manager - Part Time Enfield Council
GBP350 per day (Inside IR35)
3 days per week Hybrid Working (on-site meetings required)
Temporary Assignment
We're working with Enfield Council to find a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of an ambitious capital programme - with projects ranging from GBP750k to GBP10m - spanning across corporate, education, and community buildings.
This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity offering 3 days per week, ideal for professionals looking to contribute to high-value public projects while maintaining flexibility.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading on the definition, development, procurement, and delivery of capital construction projects
Managing a diverse portfolio within a GBP100m+ programme over the next 5 years
Working across corporate, community, education and regeneration projects
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business-critical schemes
Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and public procurement legislation
What You'll Need:
To be a UK Resident
Significant experience in managing complex construction projects within the public sector for minimum 2 years'
Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety law
Experience in public sector procurement and contract management
Chartered membership with CIOB, RICS, or APM (essential)
