Interim Building Surveyor (Corporate & Commercial Stock)

Location: London - Remote/Hybrid

Rate: £325/day Inside IR35
Contract: 6 months | Local Authority

Panoramic Associates is working with a London-based Local Authority to appoint an Interim Building Surveyor / Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects across the borough.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering the Council's capital works programme, ensuring projects are managed efficiently, safely, and in line with compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of building projects - from inception to completion - ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes, budgets, and scope.
  2. Conduct building surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify repair and maintenance requirements.
  3. Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and schedules of work.
  4. Work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  5. Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and council policies.
  6. Oversee contract administration and support effective budget and resource management.
