Job ref: TP441025

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Brand Manager position focused on overseeing a prominent food portfolio. The role offers full accountability for both short-term performance and long-term strategic development of well-known sub-brands. Core responsibilities include setting brand strategy, managing P&L performance, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation pipelines. The candidate will also spearhead consumer engagement initiatives through the entertainment platform, (previous experience essential), and collaborate closely with commercial teams to enhance brand visibility and retail execution.

Ideal candidates will have a solid FMCG background and will already be operating at a Brand Manager level, or be an experienced Assistant Brand Manager. Candidates must demonstrate a strong combination of marketing, innovation, and commercial skills, and be adept at using consumer and retail data. Proven experience in managing brand campaigns, leading projects from concept to execution, working with agencies, and developing data-backed business cases is essential.
