Job Description
- Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the organisation's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Take ownership of campaign execution, working across B2B, B2C, and retention channels to meet strategic goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including financial promotions and FCA guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the brand's presence across all campaign materials and channels.
- Provide hands-on support to alleviate workload pressures within the existing team, enabling focus on strategic initiatives.
- Manage multiple responsibilities effectively and meet deadlines through strong project management skills.
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrable experience in marketing and campaign management roles, ideally within healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Expertise in B2B marketing strategies, with a proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital media and a thorough understanding of FCA or similar regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver campaigns to a high standard.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence effectively.
- Availability to work three days per week, with occasional office-based work as needed.
