This company is a true organic pioneer! B Corp certified since 2019, they lead the market in plant-based foods, in the UK and across Europe. We are now looking for a talented Assistant Brand Manager to join their team in a contract role until the end of 2025.

Overview

The Assistant Brand Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of brand plans for one of the company's most loved organic food brands, contributing to the overall success of the business and its sustainability mission.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Controller in developing and executing brand plans
  • Manage new product development from ideation to launch
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity
  • Develop activations to attract new consumers through shopper insights
  • Leverage consumer insights to inform production, forecasting and communications
  • Project-manage Innovation critical paths, collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Manage P&L, brand profitability and key metrics
  • Use data insights to create and present compelling narratives to retailers
  • Maintain website and social media with an 'always on' mindset
  • Manage and track A&P budgets

Requirements

  • Brand Management experience in FMCG, ideally food
  • Expertise in digital marketing and data analysis
  • Proficiency in P&L and project management
  • Experience in innovation, shopper marketing, and agency management
