Interim Estates Surveyor – Landlord & Tenant (Local Authority)

I am working with a local authority in Surrey looking for an Interim Asset Manager to look into the Landlord and Tenant work, including lease negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and estate management of a diverse property portfolio.

Key responsibilities:
