  • Leading the asset management strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.

  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all assets and compliance checks.
  • Reporting on asset performance and compliance to the senior management team.
  • Identifying and managing risks related to assets and compliance.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on building safety and the current regulations.
  • Monitoring and controlling expenditure against budget.
