Consumer Additions are currently partnering with the UK’s fastest growing No1. Asian Quick Service Restaurant. They are looking to recruit an Interim AR Manager, to join their team based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify process improvements and establish new policies and procedures, ensuring strict governance & safeguarding.
  • Successfully roll out a new cash policy across the business.
  • Mentor, lead and train the existing AR team.
  • Support in the migration of our accounting system to SAP, ensuring AR is set up efficiently.
  • Point of escalation for overdue debt.
  • Ensure all income streams are fully reconciled within appropriate timeframes.
  • Ensure accurate reporting in the financial reports & ledgers.
  • Assist in cashflow forecasting for income.
  • Supporting in the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties.
  • Ad hoc work to help drive business performance as and when required.

Key Requirements:

  • +5 years’ experience in a relevant AR role.
  • Strong communication & leadership skills.
  • Experience in a multi-site business.
  • Experience in a system migration would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
