Reflectivepractice is seeking an experienced Approved Premises Manager for interim leadership within the National Probation Service at a location in Luton or Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and leadership of a residential service, ensuring compliance with national standards while protecting the public and supporting rehabilitation.

The role requires strong management skills, experience in probation practice, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery. This temporary position is full-time, offering 37 hours per week.

Formación

• Professional Qualification in Probation (PQiP, DipPS, CQSW with Probation Option, DipSW with Probation Option, or equivalent).
• Substantial experience of offender risk assessment and management within probation or criminal justice.
• Previous management or supervisory experience within an Approved Premises or probation service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and management of an Approved Premises and its staff team.
• Ensure safe management of residents, including those with high risks.
• Monitor performance information to drive service improvement.
