Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring proper coding and allocation of expenses.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for accounts payable.
• Collaborating with other departments to address queries related to invoices.
• Supporting month-end closing activities as required.
• Providing general administrative support to the accounting and finance team.

Profile

A successful Interim Accounts Payable should have:

• Experience working within an accounts payable function, ideally in the property industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
