Job summary

Reed is seeking an Interim Compliance Manager in Cambridge on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office). The role focuses on Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), modern slavery, sanctions, and ethical governance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK Bribery Act and related regulatory frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Modern Slavery, and Sanctions risks.
• Experience in compliance, ethics, risk management, or a related function.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance programmes and frameworks.
• Provide advice and guidance on anti-bribery, corruption, sanctions and modern slavery risks.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives to employees and stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance risk assessments and monitoring activities.
• Review high-risk third-party due diligence assessments and recommend appropriate actions.
• Support investigations relating to potential compliance breaches or ethical concerns.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, reporting and audit trails.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted compliance partner.
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging best practice within the compliance space.
