Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution, monitoring, and oversight of intercompany agreements across multiple legal entities, including data collection, stakeholder challenge, and reporting for Committees and Boards.
  • Oversee supplier governance and contract management through service agreements and descriptions.
  • Support communication and stakeholder engagement to promote outsourcing activities and manage change across the firm.
  • Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and follow-up requests.
  • Support regulatory submissions related to outsourcing of critical services.
  • Ensure functions manage and oversee their outsourcing risks.
  • Monitor and escalate non-compliance issues.
  • Drive execution of BAU and strategic enhancement activities according to best practices.
  • Support junior team members in activity execution.
  • Plan and execute large-scale projects to develop a best-practice outsourcing framework.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience, preferably in financial services, internal audit, or risk consulting.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk management.
  • Knowledge of US and UK regulatory requirements (OCC, FFIEC, FRB, FDIC, PRA, FCA).
  • Strategic thinking, credibility building, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Extensive outsourcing risk management experience in banking or financial services, including service governance and cost allocation.
  • Deep operational and internal control knowledge.
  • Experience in change and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with senior management.
  • Proactive process assessment and improvement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability in a high-demand environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools like PowerBI.
