Role/Department

The Intercompany Arrangement (ICA) Program Specialist, reporting to the Head of Service Governance Office, will ensure frameworks, standards, and guidelines related to ICAs are compliant with regulations. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining the intercompany program lifecycle, collaborating with global business units, and evolving established programs to meet risk management obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design enterprise-wide third-party risk management intercompany processes and oversee their sustainability and maturity.
  • Review and update program artifacts, risk methodologies, service categories, risk profiles, and reporting thresholds.
  • Enhance and organize program documentation, including training materials and procedures.
  • Ensure program flexibility to support various jurisdictions and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and advise the team on impacts.
  • Manage, design, and improve program activities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of intercompany third-party risk frameworks and controls.
  • Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities for managing multiple units.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and trend analysis.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools like PowerBI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in financial services, internal audit, or risk consulting.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in third-party risk management, including program design, risk scoring, and reporting.
  • Understanding of global risk regulatory requirements.
