Job summary

CSL Seqirus in Speke, Liverpool, is seeking an Intercompany Accountant to support the Intercompany team with invoicing, reconciliations and balance sheet activities. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office and offering exposure to global processes.

You will execute intercompany processes, prepare invoices, raise journals, maintain mailboxes, respond to auditors, and produce routine intercompany reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in global scientific/pharmaceutical industry / Shared Service environment highly desirable.
• Experience in SAP highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute Intercompany accounting processes in line with policies and procedures.
• Prepare and post Intercompany invoices in line with Group policy.
• Maintain mailboxes and action any ad hoc queries in respect of Intercompany.
• Raise manual journals as necessary.
• Respond to queries/request from external auditors.
• Prepare, review and investigate intercompany mismatches.
• Generate and distribute routine Intercompany reporting.
• Support on Intercompany netting reports, payments and journals.
• Support on the payments of other Intercompany balances.
• Prepare Intercompany Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• GRIR on intercompany, blocked billing and pricing issues.
• Forecast and budget preparation for Intercompany.
• Support continuous improvement plans and projects.
