Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking an Intercompany accountant to support the Intercompany team with duties including invoicing, reconciliations, netting and reporting. The role is based in Speke, Liverpool and operates on a hybrid basis with three days in the office.

The successful candidate will have accounting and finance experience, with SAP familiarity being highly desirable, ideally within a global Shared Service environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute Intercompany accounting processes in line with policies and procedures.
• Prepare and post Intercompany invoices in line with Group policy.
• Maintain mailboxes and action ad hoc queries in respect of Intercompany.
• Raise manual journals as necessary.
• Respond to queries from external auditors.
• Prepare, review and investigate intercompany mismatches.
• Generate and distribute routine Intercompany reporting.
• Support Intercompany netting reports, payments and journals.
• Support on the payments of other Intercompany balances.
• Prepare Intercompany Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• GRIR on intercompany, blocked billing and pricing issues.
• Forecast and budget preparation for Intercompany.
• Support continuous improvement plans and projects.

Job description

The role is part of the Accounting Services Team and will be responsible for supporting the Intercompany team with general Intercompany duties, including invoices, recharges, payments and reconciliations.

This role is based in Speke, Liverpool. This is a hybrid role requiring working 3 days per week in the office.
