Aspirations Care is looking for experienced Intensive Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Stafford. The service consists of 9 individual one-bedroom bungalows, each with its own private garden!

Your shift will be filled with fun activities, social engagement, and providing one-to-one support for adults with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism. You will take our people on adventures, assist with daily tasks, and encourage them to live their best lives!

What will the job involve?

  • Assisting our people to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Offering stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning
  • Booking and attending healthcare appointments with our people
  • Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the management team
  • Maintaining records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date
