Join a specialist team making a real impact every single day. As an Intensive Support Worker, you'll be supporting adults with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours in one of our most dynamic care settings.

Your Mission: Empower Through Care

You'll provide 1:1 personalised support—helping people live life on their terms by:

Encouraging engagement through meaningful routines & activities Assisting with daily living tasks—like cooking, cleaning & appointments Supporting access to the community, hobbies, & social life De-escalating behaviours using PBS and compassion Keeping care plans, risk assessments & safeguarding reports up to date

Who We’re Looking For:

️ 6+ months’ experience with complex needs or behaviours that challenge️ Calm, confident, and emotionally resilient under pressure️ Practical knowledge of PBS and person-centred care️ A genuine team player with excellent communication skills️ Full UK driver’s licence—essential
