This is an exciting opportunity to join Barnsley’s new Intensive Prevention Team as an Advanced Practitioner. The Intensive Prevention Team (IPT) works with children aged 10-18 at risk of entering Local Authority care. You will assist the Team Manager in leading efforts to strengthen family relationships and reduce the likelihood of this outcome. Managing complex cases, assessing and mitigating risks, sharing specialist knowledge, and contributing to practice development.
