About the Role:
The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As an Intensive Floating Support Worker, you’ll work in the community to provide a wide range of flexible intensive support to individuals to encourage independence to maintain and sustain a tenancy and adapt to community life.
Main Responsibilities:
This Intensive Floating Support Worker will be covering support to up to 5 semi-independent flats in the community and also proving support to our LaPorte service which is for unaccompanied young people. There will be a requirement to work at Falkirk Hub service where needed. Applicant must be a driver and willing to add business insurance to their policy. This role is working on a rota covering various shift patterns including some weekends. This role involves working 20 hours per week. The Intensive Floating Support Worker will:
