Promote the effective use of technology to enhance patient safety, clinical decision-making and outcomes. Support data quality, digital literacy and system adoption through training and education.

Work with multidisciplinary teams to gather feedback, inform system development and identify improvement opportunities. Monitor system performance, support clinical governance and digital safety processes, and contribute to Trust-wide digital transformation programmes.
