What you'll do:

As an Intelligent Automation Manager within our Business Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our transformation strategy. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will demonstrate excellent thought leadership by framing the right business questions and employing an outcome-centric and hypothesis-led approach to problem-solving.

Your creative mindset will help bring together insights and people to solve complex business problems and provide practical recommendations, while driving clarity and simplicity in ambiguous situations. You will be responsible for driving change at a fast pace through strategic programme management, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and engagement, and setting up the right ways of working to support rapid delivery. Leading by example, you will demonstrate a transformation mindset and collaborative, end-to-end ways of working, encouraging a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning.
