We are seeking a talented and mission-focused Graphic Designer to join our team in support of daily defense intelligence production needs. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work directly with analysts to translate complex intelligence into impactful visuals, including informational graphics, data visualizations, cartographic products, and other visual aids. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in operating in secure environments, and balance high-volume production demands with precision, flexibility, and innovation. You'll collaborate and thrive under tight deadlines in support of national security priorities.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in visual media production
  • 3+ years of experience working in the U.S. intelligence community
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
  • Experience working on classified systems and in resource-limited environments
  • Experience with creating cartographic products
  • Ability to produce clear and compelling visuals from complex data
  • Ability to meet short suspense deadlines in a high-tempo environment
  • Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a variety of print and digital design samples
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Asso cia te's degree and 7+ years of experience with Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in a communication field, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in a communication field, or 10+ years of experience with Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in a communication field in lieu of a degree

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service Headquarters
  • Experience with cartography sof tware such as MAPublisher
  • Experience supporting finished intelligence production ( FINTEL )
  • Experience working directly with analysts or senior leaders
  • Knowledge of African security, political, or threat issues
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and contribute to team-wide visual standards and templates
  • Possession of strong interpersonal skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
