Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is recruiting a Mobile Roaming Security Officer to be deployed across a cluster of high‑risk locations in and around Oxford. The role is a permanent full-time post with a 5 days-on/2 days-off roster, delivering a variable, security‑focused schedule and the opportunity to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• SIA licence is mandatory and valid.
• Minimum 1 year front-line security guarding experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across an assigned cluster of sites using a company vehicle and prioritise locations based on live intelligence and risk.
• Conduct proactive, high-visibility patrols of client premises, providing a reassuring and professional presence.
• Identify trends in criminality and feed intelligence back to the Amberstone Crime Desk.
• Liaise with management, Police, and local authorities as required.
• Manage vulnerable persons with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct colleague and contractor searches in line with policy and perform security checks.
• Digitally report incidents and gather intelligence using company devices.
• Produce clear, accurate incident reports in a timely manner.
• Operate Body Worn Cameras in line with policy and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders via radio and other channels.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, colleagues, and the public.
