Staffordshire County Council is seeking a data analyst to join their Intelligence, Performance and Engagement team. This fixed-term contract role focuses on analyzing and interpreting data to enhance outcomes for children and families. The ideal candidate will have strong data manipulation skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to improve service delivery.

We are looking for an individual to join our Intelligence, Performance and Engagement team. In this role, you will help bring together a range of data and intelligence from different sources, to support our services to continually develop and improve outcomes for children and families. Our team covers the reporting for a wide range of areas, including early help, social work, education, and youth offending, so it is a great opportunity to get a good understanding of lots of areas within children's services.
