The successful candidate will support our IP practice with a focus on IP prosecution, maintenance, and transactional work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Main Responsibilities

1. Technical Support: Handle trade mark formalities, manage IP registration processes, support global IP M&A activities, and conduct IP asset due diligence.
2. Legal Documentation and Coordination: Draft legal documents, liaise with local counsel, and manage document execution.
3. Anti-counterfeiting: Support anti-counterfeiting efforts, including drafting guides and liaising with infringers.
4. Search and Monitoring: Conduct trade mark searches, watch services, and prepare reports.
5. Service Standards: Follow firm procedures, meet service standards, manage deadlines, and communicate proactively.

Essential Criteria

• Relevant undergraduate degree with 2.1 or above (preferred).
• Legal background with IP/trademark experience (preferred).
• Authorization to work in the UK.

Desirable Criteria

• CITMA qualification (advantageous).
