A leading boutique law firm with a top-tier reputation in the media and entertainment industry is seeking a talented Intellectual Property lawyer with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience to join its London-based team.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and prestigious client base across music, film, television, digital media, sport, and interactive entertainment. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of IP work, including brand protection, licensing, copyright, and trade mark matters, often within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on mainly non-contentious IP issues, as well as some contentious
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements involving IP rights
  • Managing and enforcing trade mark portfolios
  • Collaborating with other practice groups on cross-sector projects, particularly in technology and commercial matters


Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years' PQE in intellectual property law
  • Solid training from a recognised law firm, with a strong academic background
  • Exceptional drafting and communication skills
  • A genuine interest in the creative, cultural, and technology sectors
  • Experience working with clients in media or entertainment is advantageous
