Job Description:

The Integrity Team within the Trust & Safety Risk Management and Integrity (RMI) function aims to foster exemplary conduct within Global Trust & Safety (T&S) teams. We are responsible for managing the integrity and conduct of T&S personnel, including content moderators, quality analysts, and non-operational staff across the Trust & Safety ecosystem. As an Integrity Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders globally, handling daily management, risk assessments, root cause analyses, mitigation of integrity-related incidents, and developing scalable capabilities to proactively address issues.

You will utilize enterprise tools, data analytics, and forensic analysis to identify system access abuse, fraud, corruption, and operational risks, playing a key role in ensuring TikTok's trustworthiness. We seek an experienced Integrity Analyst with a focus on operational excellence to join a team dedicated to addressing the complex integrity risks of one of the world's leading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build strong relationships with global/regional stakeholders, ensuring communication of progress and fostering alignment.
2. Analyze global/regional data to identify behavioral issues and present findings to stakeholders.
3. Investigate potential misconduct cases using data tools, summarize findings, and report to relevant parties.
4. Lead global/regional project kick-offs, contribute to strategic planning, ensure timelines are met, and follow up for improvements.
5. Support incident management activities, including case tracking and forensic analysis.
6. Promote positive behavior across departments to maintain a disciplined and productive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, audit, governance, compliance, or investigation within Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in information security, data analytics, mathematics, law enforcement, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in risk control, anti-fraud, and behavioral analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders globally.
• Strong teamwork, project management, and communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree or relevant certifications in anti-fraud, data analytics, etc.
• Skills in Risk Analytics, database querying (SQL), dashboard creation, and data visualization.
• Experience in insider threat management, data loss detection, and monitoring.
