JOB TITLE: Integrator - Risk PlatformJob Description
What you’ll be doing:
The Integrator is responsible for coordinating and sequencing integration related tasks in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the Risk Foundation Platform delivers maximum customer and business value. This role includes ownership of short, medium, and long-term delivery plans, as well as managing dependencies across teams. The Integrator will work closely with multiple senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and enable the Platform to deliver efficiently and at pace.

Accountability - Takes responsibility for team decisions and actions and empowers others to take full ownership. Communicates expectations clearly and timely.
Change Management- Accountable for co-ordinating and driving a significant Platform-wide programme of work, managing complex dependencies and working with teams across the Group to deliver transformation of process, technology and culture. Demonstrates an excellent level of proven experience.
Stakeholder Management- Manages internal and external stakeholder expectations and business sponsorship, quickly establishing credibility and encouraging trust and ongoing collaboration. Anticipates and mitigates conflict and shapes stakeholder views to gain long-term dedication to current and potential future change.
Collaboration- Creates opportunities for cross-business working and breaks down or addresses barriers to wider collaboration. Develops a large network of professional relationships based on trust and respect and encourages people to build the same using empathy and insight.
Change strategy and Planning - Scopes, shapes and builds a plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim, in support of the Group’s strategy. Uses experience to manage a team to execute the strategy and plan, taking ownership for key decisions and managing internal stakeholders.
