Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Seller Services (UK), EU Fashion Marketplace in Europe, this role is responsible for business development, setting up and managing relationships with top 3rd party integrators to drive new business acquisition. Key responsibilities include generating a pipeline of promising seller leads, supporting new seller launches, onboarding, and helping sellers expand their presence and sales on Amazon EU markets. The role requires building strong relationships with integrators and sellers, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and fostering growth.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Establish and manage 3P integrator relationships via regular calls.
  2. Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers from the integrator pool.
  3. Co-create joint sales strategies with integrators and train their account managers.
  4. Manage seller outreach and recruitment campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, and social media posts.
  5. Prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to meet quarterly targets.
  6. Enable sellers to learn Amazon's tools and systems for self-sufficiency.
  7. Drive store expansion for existing sellers of top integrators.
  8. Gather feedback from integrators and sellers to improve onboarding processes.
  9. Collaborate with Seller Experience and tech teams to address issues.
  10. Track, report, and analyze business development results.

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or similar.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
