WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this opportunity

We're hiring an Integrator for the International and CHAPS Lab within Payments Services Platform. The role involves coordinating dependencies between the Lab and external collaborators, including other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third parties. This may include supporting complex and high-risk implementations. The Integrator operates at the Lab or Platform level, covering both business and technology change.

Our mission within the Payments Services Platform is to provide compliant and efficient payment capabilities for the Group and to drive innovation, enabling customers to move money confidently, quickly, and securely. We are part of the Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO) and play a critical role in delivering services across the Group.

You will join the International and CHAPS Lab, which aims to deliver the best international payments and CHAPS solutions, serving our customers and transitioning Legacy Currency Accounts to the strategic estate.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop integration task sequences in collaboration with the Product Owner, aligned to the Lab backlog.
  2. Work with external partners to ensure coordination and enable fast delivery.
  3. Identify and mitigate blockers to delivery, escalating issues as needed.
  4. Act as the interface between third-party suppliers and key business partners.
  5. Manage complex, high-risk implementations involving multiple parties to ensure safe delivery.
  6. Coordinate integration processes and implementation events, including infrastructure upgrades like Mainframe updates.
  7. Provide expertise for governance activities owned by the Product Owner, such as PRIA, across multiple labs.
