We’re looking for an Integrations Analyst to join our Technology team on a remote basis.

Following a major finance transformation rollout across Bauer, the landscape for the Audio countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, and Slovakia) now includes a key integration layer within the architecture. This layer connects CRMs, Sales Systems, and the Finance System (S4/HANA).

As an Integration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging these systems, applications, and technologies to ensure seamless communication and functionality within a complex IT environment. You will bring innovation, industry experience, and technical expertise across the IT landscape.

Our Team

Bauer Media Group is Europe’s largest privately owned publishing company; it is a global media empire offering over 300 magazines in 15 countries, along with online, TV, and radio stations. The UK operation is multi-platform, consisting of many companies grouped into two main divisions – Publishing and Audio – recognized as industry innovators.

This is a hybrid role with one or two days a week in Bauer Media Group’s offices in London, Peterborough, or Manchester.

What you’ll be doing

• Solution Design - Analyze business requirements and collaborate with integration suppliers.
• Customization - Work with our integration suppliers to tailor workflows, middleware, APIs, and connectors.
• Testing and Debugging - Coordinate thorough testing of integration components with all parties involved.
• Knowledge Sharing - Build and document understanding of Bauer’s system landscape.
• Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration workflows.
• Continuous Improvement - Keep updated on emerging integration technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Deployment and Maintenance - Coordinate deployment activities and support ongoing operations of integration solutions in production.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience working within integrated enterprise IT landscapes
• Knowledge of integration protocols, standards, and technologies
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, ESB, and API management platforms
• Experience with Master Data Management, Sales Systems, and CRM technologies
