Areti are on the lookout for an Integration Specialist, who will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration of various higher education systems, focusing on SITS and iTrent. You will leverage your expertise in APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange and system interoperability, contributing to the operational efficiency of our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Integration: Lead the integration of SITS and iTrent systems, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
- API Management: Develop, manage, and optimize APIs for seamless communication between systems.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for integration issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Collaboration: Work with IT, academic, and administrative teams to understand and deliver integration solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing to ensure accuracy and performance of integrations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for system performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in system integration within higher education, specifically with SITS and iTrent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in API development and management, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and technical issue resolution.
- Communication: Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Documentation: Ability to create clear technical documentation.
