Integration Project manager - Up to £55k - Permanent - Surrey

Are you an experienced project manager with a background in UK MOD maritime installations? Our client is looking for a proactive and technically adept Integration Project Manager to lead and deliver complex implementation projects across Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, and other UK Government vessels.

As part of the dynamic Project Management Team, you'll play a key role in managing multiple concurrent installation programmes, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of multiple UK MOD maritime installation projects
  • Develop technical documentation including Equipment Guidance Packages (EGPs), Installation Guidance Packages (IGPs), and Modification Leaflets
  • Oversee the Change Impact Assessment Process (CIAP), collaborating with engineering and assurance teams
  • Track progress, manage risks, and report internally and to MOD stakeholders
  • Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to deliver on time, to spec, and within budget
  • Attend key customer meetings to represent project and commercial interests
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes
  • Strong knowledge of maritime electrical/electronic systems, IT networks, and satellite communications
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate documentation (EGPs, IGPs, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing priorities, timelines, and supplier relationships
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and outcome-driven
  • Proficient in MS Office and general project management tools
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as project needs dictate
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
