We’re looking for an Integration Product Owner to join our Technology Team on a remote basis.

Following a major finance transformation rollout across Bauer, the landscape for the Audio countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, and Slovakia) now includes a key integration layer within the architecture. This layer connects CRMs, Sales Systems, and the Finance System (S4/HANA).

As an Integration Product Owner, you will oversee the Audio enterprise system integration strategy, roadmap, and the execution of integration requirements within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across each country—Sales, Finance, and Technical teams—to ensure seamless integration as a service.

This is a hybrid role requiring one or two days a week in one of Bauer Media Group's offices in London, Peterborough, or Manchester.

What you’ll bring

• Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration strategy.
• Prioritization: Define and prioritize integration features and enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and create detailed integration specifications.
• Knowledge Sharing: Build and document knowledge of the Bauer system landscape.
• Requirements Alignment: Work closely with the Integration Analyst to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Product Management: Manage the integration product backlog, prioritize features, and plan releases.
• Ownership: Serve as the primary contact for all Bauer Audio integration-related matters.
• Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of integrations, collecting feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as an SME on integration capabilities.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role.
• Experience with Master Data Management, Sales Systems, and CRM technologies.
• Understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies.
