The Role

As a Salesforce Integration Lead, you will ensure solutions are built to high standards using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make appropriate use of enterprise design patterns when writing custom code.
2. Refine technical user stories as required and clearly articulate the technical solutions needed.
3. Support the Tech Lead in ensuring best practices, providing mentorship, and conducting code reviews.
4. Work with Tech Leads to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns.
5. Suggest improvements to the development workflow for the team.

Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Highly skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization principles.
• Expertise in large-scale integration using SOAP, REST, Streaming APIs, and Metadata APIs.

Good to have:

• Excellent technical documentation skills.
• Salesforce Certification (Must: Salesforce Platform Developer II).
• Excellent communication skills.
