Job summary

BAE Systems is seeking a specialist versed in Oracle ERP 11i/EPM/R12 with strong SQL/PLSQL and ETL experience to support data migrations and integration work. Role emphasizes data integrity, scripting, and cloud adoptions within defense tech environments.

Responsibilities include defining integration requirements, building source-to-OICS interfaces, testing, monitoring, and providing Hypercare support across SIT/E2E/UAT cycles. Located in the UK with a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle ERP 11i and/or Oracle EPM and/or ERP R12.
• Experience with ETL tools, data integrity strategies and data migrations.
• Strong experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Input into the definition of requirements for Integration Functional Specifications; document technical specifications.
• Develop source to OICS integrations and configure non-Oracle adapters.
• Implement error handling, retries, idempotency, logging and alerts; align mappings to canonical models and maintain lookups.
• Unit test integrations, support SIT/E2E/UAT, package and promote artifacts.
• Monitor dashboards/alerts, troubleshoot incidents and reprocessing per run‑books, and provide Hypercare support.

Salary: £78,268 - 78,268 per year

Requirements

• Knowledge of Oracle ERP 11i and/or Oracle EPM and/or ERP R12
• Experience of ETL tools, data integrity strategies and previous data migrations
• Strong experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Solid understanding of Oracle ERP database architecture and/or Oracle Cloud environments (EPM / Fusion)
• Experience with joins, subqueries, analytic functions, and performance tuning of data extractions
• Knowledge of ETL techniques and methods
• Powershell or other scripting/automation tools
• FBDI experience
