About The Role

As an Integration Consultant, you will be an integral member of a dynamic team owning the launch of our Workforce Management solutions. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions and providing excellent consulting services to our customers while ensuring the quality and excellence of requested integrations. Performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed-to solutions within budgeted hours.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. You will work with a variety of members including implementation teams and the integration team to provide delivery and support of integration requirements for UKG Products.
2. Ability to communicate clearly.
3. Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and budget.
4. Ability to assess, design, and develop integration meeting customer requirements.
5. Ability to assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
6. Must be comfortable working within a cloud-based environment.
7. Lead internal and external meetings with customers and vendors.
8. Manage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources.
9. Maintain project management tools for all integration projects.

Required Qualifications:

1. 1 – 3 years of experience in a Professional Services consulting environment.
2. Demonstrated communication skills – written and verbal (internal and external facing).
3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent professional experience.
4. Experience in database querying, programming and web services, web transfer methods, file management, and cloud technology.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

1. Knowledge in specialized functional areas (AI, HRIS, HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, etc.).
2. Development tools (source control, defect tracking tools, Postman, Jira, etc.).
3. Knowledge of Integration Processes and Methodologies.
