As an Integration Analyst, you'll join a team supporting existing solutions and their ongoing development with Product Owners. There is a strong pipeline of work from the ITS Projects Portfolio and global/regional programs. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, managing change requests, and ensuring platform stability and efficiency.

We seek individuals eager to learn, enjoy problem-solving, and willing to share their work with others. Key tasks include:

1. Participating in daily SCRUM calls for updates and issue resolution.
2. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to integrations or data.
3. Understanding end-to-end data lineage from source to target applications.
4. Raising complex issues to higher support or development teams and ensuring resolution.
5. Participating in maintenance, upgrades, and implementation projects.
6. Collaborating with application owners to share knowledge and improve support processes.
7. Working effectively within diverse and inclusive teams, including offshore teams.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, SAP PI or CI, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA (Finance, PS, SD, HR) and/or Salesforce.
• Understanding of SQL-based Data Warehouse design principles.
• Experience in DevOps and Agile environments.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Experience with SAP HANA development.
• Knowledge of Release Management and CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience working with offshore colleagues and third-party teams.
