Duties and Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends and practices to improve our offerings.
• Assess and review processes regularly to ensure relevance, innovation, and alignment with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Assist in reviewing services, products, and rates to keep them relevant and aligned with our standards.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the spa and handle guest complaints effectively, carrying out service recovery or delegating to hosts.
• Meet regularly with the Director of Wellness / Spa Manager to plan and coordinate spa operations.
• Maintain knowledge of all spa facilities, treatments, services, packages, wellness plans, and promotions.
• Support the Visiting Experts calendar, develop spa packages, and adapt the spa menu to market and guest needs.
• Market and promote the Integrated Wellness offerings to guests, aiming to meet revenue targets and promotional goals.
• Provide consultations, specialized treatments, and prescribe programs, medicines, and products as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in luxury spas or health clubs, with proven references.
• Preferred qualifications include a degree or certification in fields such as Allopathic Medicine, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Fitness and Nutrition, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, or related health disciplines, or broad knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy.
• Technical skills in MS Office Suite and familiarity with hotel systems like POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
