Duties and Responsibilities

As Integrated Wellness Practitioner, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the spa, including:

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices, updating knowledge and skills to improve offerings.
• Assessing and reviewing processes to remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Reviewing services, products, and rates to ensure relevance and alignment with brand standards.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the spa, handling guest complaints effectively, and carrying out service recovery or delegating to hosts.
• Meeting regularly with the Director of Wellness / Spa Manager to plan and coordinate spa operations.
• Having knowledge of all spa facilities, treatments, services, packages, wellness plans, and promotions.
• Supporting and developing spa packages and programs, and adapting the spa menu based on updates, local market, and guest needs.
• Marketing and promoting the spa to guests, focusing on revenue targets and promotional initiatives.
• Providing consultations, specialized treatments, and program prescriptions to guests as required.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in luxury spas and health clubs, with proven references.
• A degree or certification in relevant health-related fields such as Allopathic Medicine, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Fitness and Nutrition, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, or similar, or broad knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy.
• Technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred.
