Job summary

Provide CIC in Lowestoft is recruiting a Band 5 Integrated Sexual Health Nurse on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) to deliver frontline care, STI testing and contraceptive interventions within a supportive learning environment.

The post involves travel to other Suffolk clinics for education and training, weekend work, and development opportunities with protected training time. Salary is £32,073-£39,043 per annum, pro rata.

Qualifications

• Must have NMC registration and current UK practice.
• Strong communication skills with patients and colleagues.
• Flexible to travel between Suffolk sites and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop STI risk awareness and management skills.
• Provide STI testing and refer as appropriate.
• Deliver contraceptive interventions and integrated sexual health assessment.
