Job summary

Babcock is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Lead at Rosyth to steer the development and embedding of a modern, digitally enabled planning framework across the Marine business. You will join the Planning Governance Team and align strategic planning with workforce, capacity and operations while shaping digital tools and governance.

• Experience in integrated business planning and strategic planning.
• Experience developing planning frameworks, governance processes and reporting cycles.
• Strong knowledge of demand, capacity, workforce, financial or scenario planning methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated business planning processes and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional planning forums aligning demand, workforce, capacity and operations.
• Analyze planning data and produce reports, forecasts and scenarios for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to shape digital planning tools and solutions.
• Support leaders across Operations, Finance, Commercial and Growth to drive planning excellence.
