The integrated partner support/IDVA practitioner will embody Cranstoun's values and promote a culture of fairness, collaboration, and trust within the organisation.
They will work directly with survivors/victims of domestic abuse in London, engaging with them face-to-face or via online/telephone platforms. The role involves proactively supporting victims, enhancing their safety, and connecting them with relevant services. The practitioner will collaborate within a multi-agency framework to develop coordinated, strategic intervention plans tailored to individual needs, and will work closely with the London Domestic Abuse team and external agencies to assess risks, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes.
