The Integrated Logistics Solution Development department designs and manages customer-specific end-to-end supply chain solutions, from early sales involvement to implementation. Responsibilities include due diligence, opportunity assessment, internal alignment, business case development, and commercial offers. Your Role

You will work on challenging supply chain projects across industries such as Healthcare, Pharma, Automotive, and Technology. Your expertise in supply chain design and commercial acumen will support the sales cycle by developing tailored solutions based on customer needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead solution development projects during sales cycles, from initial contact to negotiations and approval
• Facilitate workshops with customers and internal teams to understand supply chain needs and identify optimization opportunities
• Analyze customer logistics data to identify disconnects and improve processes
• Evaluate different supply chain solutions considering costs, time, and quality
• Develop business cases to demonstrate the value of proposed solutions

Your Skills and Experiences

• A Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of project management and strong analytical skills
• Experience across various industries, regions, and project scopes
• Strong process analysis and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
