Join our Integrated Logistics team as a Lead Project Manager and drive impactful logistics projects across Europe. The position is location-flexible and can be based in any city where we have an Integrated Logistics team—such as Luxembourg, the UK, Hamburg, Duisburg, Lyon, Paris, Wrocław, or Amsterdam.

As an Integrated Logistics Lead Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex, high-value implementation projects across Europe, working at the intersection of logistics, technology, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead cross-functional virtual teams, manage full project lifecycles, and ensure seamless delivery of tailored logistics solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders, customers, and logistics service providers, as well as oversight of operational design, training, and post-deployment stabilization. With a strong focus on budget, timelines, and risk management, you will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes and contributing to the continuous improvement of our global onboarding processes.

How you create impact

  • Lead large-scale implementation projects (budget > 1M CHF GP), ensuring alignment with global methodologies and risk frameworks;
  • Engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally, including customers and LSPs;
  • Own end-to-end operational design, deployment, and stabilization;
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget; manage change requests;
  • Prepare key documents (e.g., Project Charter, BRD) and maintain accurate reporting;
  • Oversee all project phases from initiation to post-deployment;
  • Lead virtual teams across IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement, etc.;
  • Ensure onboarding and training for all involved parties;
  • Support solution evaluation and implementation strategy for new customers.

What we would like you to bring

  • Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred);
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the logistics sector; Previous experience in 3PL or 4PL logistics is highly valued;
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams and manage full project lifecycles;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK;
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills;
  • Capable of working independently and making sound decisions in dynamic environments;
  • Skilled in process documentation and structured analysis;
  • Fluent in English, while additional language skills in German or French are considered a strong asset;
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
