Context: Immunology diseases significantly impact patients and health economies. BMS leads with an extensive pipeline in immunology, aiming to launch multiple indications in dermatology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology over the next five years.

Role Overview: Join our Innovative Medicines Business Unit in Dermatology to improve and transform patient lives, supporting NHS and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans, manage sales and market access autonomously.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead local business strategies, and make significant decisions based on business acumen and NHS environment understanding.
  3. Implement omnichannel customer engagement strategies, utilizing data and digital tools to optimize sales calls and customer interactions.
  4. Achieve sales objectives through tailored account management and strategic planning.
  5. Analyze clinical data, market challenges, and competition to inform strategies.
  6. Localize national marketing strategies, adapt to customer segments, and leverage omnichannel initiatives.
  7. Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
  8. Ensure formulary access and compliance with protocols and policies.
  9. Become a disease and product expert, effectively communicating clinical and value data.
  10. Adhere to all policies, including ABPI/IPHA codes, and demonstrate company values.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in immunology and pharmaceutical sales or market access.
  • Understanding of UK healthcare and pharma industry.
  • Proven success in key account management and market access.
  • Strong analytical skills, degree or equivalent qualification, and computer literacy.
  • Valid UK driving license and residence near the territory.
  • Experience in launching new medicines in NHS or similar environments.
  • Negotiation and advanced consultative selling skills.
