Main duties of the job

The Integrated Governance Manager will advise on all matters related to integrated governance, working closely with the Head of Governance. You will lead improvements across all governance areas, ensuring processes are embedded and integrated organization-wide, providing oversight, advice, and guidance.

You will support the delivery of the Trust’s Governance Strategy and promote our Be Think Do Philosophy, demonstrating values-based leadership, addressing workforce and health inequalities, and operating effectively in complex environments.
